VAR even reviewed it. No card. The reality is if you review something for a red card you should be talking about it with ref as he's clearly missed it. Common sense would say that a ref and var official should talk through ALL incidents and conclude. Same as in rugby (AGAIN) They should talk through the incident so we can all here and make a call, accident, dive, yellow, red. I mean common sense seems utterly gone in the game when we are looking at ings offside due to his sleeve while a defenders arse is being used to wonder if his farts are keeping him onside. How hard is it to just reveal all and show us the logic being used.
Christ no if they had a chat about everything Var casts its "eye" over every game will last 2 ****ing hours .
Thought Leeds were excellent, at both ends. Liecester however were pretty poor. Without Vardy they look limited in front of goal, nobody to stretch the opposition either to score goals or open space for the mids. Looking at their injuries mounting up they could start to slip down the league a bit over the next month.
The offside rules have become absurdly over-complicated. There aren't many things in life that would benefit from just tearing them down and starting again, but offside is one of them. The law-makers seem to have completely lost track of what the point of the offside rule is, and have become enmired in useless technicalities.
April 30th or april1st. I dont see whats remarkable about a 7month recovery from acl in this day and age. 6months is the minimum. 9months the norm. The issue is coming back to play euros not for us so I'd rather see hes ok than have Holland wreak him too early.
