Not much of course, but hopefully he learned what we all know.

    1. Jorginho is as useless a midfielder as ever played the game. Slow, weak, never scores ,never assists, breaks down most attacks.
    2. The team is obsessed with back passes and possession, but has no clue about running off the ball or running at the opposition.
    3. Chilwell must be the most frustrating player of our time. He is #1 at back passes and his side of the pitch creates fewer attacks
    4. CHO is in better form than Pulisic and should be first picked attacker.
    5. Havertz is a million miles from where he needs to be.
    6. Mount created more chances in 10 minutes than the rest of our midfield in 80.
    6. Kovacic is a good honest player ,but no world beater.
    7. Rudiger is full of errors and mis passes.
8 Dave is past his best, but still reliable.
    9. Giroud can only play one way, so play him when the team is set up to hurl over cross after cross.
    10. Abraham is either great or poor. He is well worth persevering with.
    11. Ziyech looks to be going at half pace
    12. Silva is our glue.
    13. Mendy didn't have anything to do. That's good.

PS. With the initials TT, I think the nickname for the Manager should be " Audi".

Slightly different set up today and it may take a bit of time to adjust, however, we looked a lot more direct and played with a but more freedom.
Maybe that’s the set up, maybe they were told to just do so. Time will tell.

Big improvement in energy if little else. Thought hooking Abraham at half time was unnecessary, (unless injured). But some things were better. Dave was very good, Silva his usual calmness, Rudiger OK but not brilliant. Alonso showed just how bog ordinary Chilwell really is, Kovacic was strong and direct with several strong runs. Pity he just can't shoot. Jorginho was tidy, predictable, managed to get out of 1st gear a couple of times, but is never a threat, can't shoot and below what we need. Mount guilty of trying too hard when on goal, but by far our best midfielder and tied with CHO for man of the match for me. CHO was dangerous ,sharp, clever and looks better and better each game. Abraham was uninspiring though did little wrong while Werner continues to embarrass himself each game. His tripping over his own feet, lousy passing and 3rd division touch is worrying. Sad to see him so out of form. Of the subs, James was good not great, Pulisic lively but clumsy and disposed easily.Havertz looked better to me, and found good positions several times. Encouraging.
Big, big problem still there, lack of goalscorers. We had loads of chances all balled up by all those who should be scoring. New ,proper, proven classy striker and midfielder needed quickly. Manager did fine and got his result, and team did take one step up.

Thursday night will be a big test, we are lucky Kane will not play due to injury, I'm not going to predict anything from the first two games, but TT looks like he can change things when needed. I tip my hat to Alonso, he has remained professional and did not do any tantrums while out of favour and topped off a decent performance with a fantastic goal that many a striker would have been proud of.

Bring it on I say too, Audi TT has some interesting choices to make, not the least can Silva play 3 in a week? As long as everyone puts in as they have done for Audi so far, we're in with a shot.

The Burnley game was a potential banana skin. I thought Tuchel (Audi TT) had us set up the same as per the Antonio Conte era with the two speedy wing backs. Instead of Diego Costa up front we’ve got Timo Werner. Unfortunately, Timo often gets in the right positions but his finishing is dreadful. How long do you think TT will persevere with Timo up front? I’ve watched the last 10 or so Chelsea games in their entirety on TV and I can’t remember a Chelsea forward that’s missed so many goal chances.

I’ve still got my BT Sport package and was very impressed with the commentary and coverage and they’ve got the upcoming Spuds game as well. Sorted. :emoticon-0103-cool:

As per Werner, it looks as if Audi is prepared to give him as much time as he needs. You'd have to think he'll come good soon though, he has improved in his positioning and not once dropped off in effort, so if the service from behind stays consistent, he should start to bang a few of those chances in. Audi has a tricky job trying out all his squad to sort out his best formations and line ups, while having to win to keep the voracious Owner and Board happy.
Spuds will be a really difficult call for him, pity he hasn't given Gilmour a game, he's light years better than Jorghino for me, but not a happy boy.

I can see Werner going the way Morata did and from what I have seen so far Morata was the better player, don't get me wrong I really hope that I am wrong, but I have seen enough football in my 63 years to know when a guy has a lack of form, or when he lacks the basic ability. Werner will have to make considerable improvements in his basic control, passing, heading and most of all finishing because after all that is what we bought him for and are paying him to do.

Very much like Conte. Alonso should be pretty much the first name on the team sheet if we play this way. Hudson Odoi on the other side is similar to Moses. I wouldn’t have Rudiger in the team though, still think he’s rubbish. Chilwell on the left side of the three. Just need a striker now, isn’t Diego a free agent?
