Then it's not a comparable example. Because in Footie it's being used for goals, offsides, fouls, red cards, handballs etc

If you were to make it comparable, then you would only use the tech for Goals and Offside, which I'd be accepting of.

They're not excuses, it's simply the way our games with you are officiated, you were given all 3 points last game because Salah fell on the floor and screamed loudly. Before that you 'earned' a draw through the linesman somehow 'failing to notice' the player who made the goal being 3 metres offside, even though he was standing right there and looking at it.
Even when we finally won at your place after 50 odd years we'd been unfairly reduced to 10 men shortly after taking the lead.
