I'm kinda annoyed about it all simply because I believe in people getting the full credit they deserve. Graeme should be given the job because its a massive boost to his career and he's clearly capable.
I knew bruve was a PE teacher... Years I've seen smaller clubs like Swansea playing football and we've had idiots coaching... Its been our biggest issue.
Its why the gulf in coaching talent is so minuscule between premier league and league one sides, technology can make up for financial differences and traditional ball on the grass techniques have become so advanced. I was not for a second exaggerating when I suggested anyone from league one and up could replace Bruce, its why in cup games even small sides can give the top boys a run for their money for usually 80 minutes.
If we beat Palace then I think Bruce should be sacked... The guys just going to be there while Jones does his job.
I'm sure Jones has faults of his own, perhaps he's boring as **** and therefore no good at man management, but I don't for a second doubt his coaching abilities. His CV is simply too packed for him not to be a top coach.
I actually knew it would see an immediate improvement and it did.. The thing is is it will get more significant over time
