    The fact the very quick decision was a total **** up, probably explains why they normally take so long to come to other decisions, like the vaccine.

    You provided a link to a heavily redacted version to which shows that the UK manufacturing is included in there deal. The fact that’s heavily redacted should also be of concern.

    It also says that the manufacturing plants in the UK are included in the overall contract. Is withholding the vaccine being made in the UK “best efforts”?
    As I said earlier, hopefully the UK’s contract is completely watertight without phrases like best efforts in it.
    I don’t know what relevant bits are missing because I haven’t read the full document, which BTW neither have you. This takes us back to my very first comment to you.

    It's not just that contract. They have other contracts that they are committed to that makes 'best efforts' have a context different to the one daft lad is desperately clinging to.

    Why should the UK be responsible for the ineptitude of the EU? We have left the ****ers and no longer bare any responsibility to them.

    If it was the UK government threatening to block exports to the EU, you would be on here calling them all, erm, selfish ****s.
