Following on from this, yesterday's food was: Breakfast - one tiny can of tuna Lunch - one apple Dinner - one crappy can of soup. 0.5kg lighter than yesterday morning, gonna do this stupid **** again today then maybe contemplate having a normal meal at some point over the weekend.
Just drink water when you get hungry, tricks your stomach into thinking you've eaten something and the hunger goes away for a while. But yeah do this for more than a week and you'll have zero energy. I'll have one normal meal on Saturday and Sunday, but just one meal all day, then try to get back to the eating **** all regime next week. I'm already very slim but wanna go for the super slim look, with look hair and stubble it makes me look like a rock star dude meets Marvel villain type.

I don’t want to trick my stomach. I like it as it is when it reminds me to eat. Mind you I’m not Obi’s size so I’m not worrying yet. Completely out of condition, yes but that’s a small price to pay when you love food. Just think you could get knocked over by a bus and then think of all the delicious meals that you might have missed. Life’s too short...a bit like Chippy and Pickford’s arms.
Probably for the best we picked up a win this weekend. If it had been Tuesday instead, Dorty would have assumed we can't win while he's off the booze, and never drawn a sober breath ever again.

Just ran 21:34 for the 5km, beating my PB by 31 seconds. Lungs were ready to burst on the last 1km. That's one for all of us old twats
Is this on the treadmill or outside? No running for me today cuz it's pissing down outside, but starving myself is going nicely, as well as eating next to nothing for the last 2 days I've eaten nothing so far today, will have my one meal of the day in a few hours.
LOL you wuss. Go for some long runs too, 5-1 against the mackems is on YouTube,stick your treadmill in front of that and see how long you can run for.
