Sky seem to think Williams will start but my guess is that is because he did in the reverse fixture . Depends really on who is preferred for the set pieces particularly in relation to their CB's and Soucek .
the prior game has little to do with the current situation as many examples of both players have been made clear since. Williams played v ajax and did well so it was natural he would get a chance. he's also made serveral errors since and a number of those off long ball over the top. Phillips has made different types of errors where he looks far more likely to pick up a yellow or look extremely nervy and can't pass very well at all. Its a decision thats going to be made on training more than anything.
