Me neither tbh, it's frightening when we lose the ball in attacking positions.

yeh. tbf we have all assumed Vokins will be ahead of McFadzean in pecking order (and I still think he will). But so far LJ seems the type to only use loan players as last resort.

Looks like only one forced change from the side that beat Crewe 4-1, MacDonald in for O'Connor, no idea why.

I once went out with a lass called Slattery, got her loads of sweets, even gave her the gold plastic ring out of my 10 pence lucky bag, finished me next day. I still bear the psychological scars to this day.

Really surprised at no Sanderson. I think he is an very good cb. Having said that LJ deserves our faith as he has got much more right than wrong.

Confidence should be improving after the last couple of results. This is Sunderland though we’ve been here before many times. That said I’m going for a comfortable home win.

Sunderland have agreed a potential £300,000 plus deal with Ross County to land Ross Stewart.

The 24-year-old is now travelling south for a medical and to finalise personal terms.

Stewart is set to agree a two-and-a-half year deal who signed Jordan Jones on-loan from Rangers yesterday.

The Black Cats managed to beat Aberdeen, MK Dons and Rotherham in the fight to land the big striker.

Ironically, Stewart could make his Sunderland debut against MK Dons on Tuesday night.

My lot don't even know why O'Connor is out, he's not even on the bench, so I have to assume injured.

Im very disappointed to see Flanagan come in for Sanderson.
Thats like replacing a Championship quality CB with a lower tier league 1 CB. I really dont know how Flanagan gets so much game time for us.

Could it be a recall ... they've just lost their best defender to Sunderland.

I like to have a ponder on the opposition before games and this wont be easy. They will be high on confidence after their last result. They also look decent in areas where we have tended to look vulnerable.

However I hope we can control the ball and play with width as that will be a key for us against this team. Crosses from good areas are not something league 1 defenders like. Play intelligently and make good decisions and we can win again.
