I would imagine that the last thing the Villa manager will say to his players, as they leave the dressing room will be “Do not conceded free kicks in JWP territory”. Given how well they started the season, I thought they were going to give us a more difficult game at their place, earlier this season and although it ended 3-4, I put that down to our lack of professionalism in the dying minutes rather than it having been a close contest. Stop the supply to Grealish and their attacking options are reduced which is why Ralph needs to get his decision right as to who replaces KWP. Still no mention of KWP’s injury, as far as I am aware, so maybe Ralph is playing games and KWP will start.

I see that Ralph said on Sky that Danny would be here next season....perhaps he is considered so important that Saints are happy to run his contract down. Does make sense...any loss on his sale price could be set against league position. Also gives us another year to try and convince him (or drug and duct tape him) to sign again.
