I like that type of curry where the beef is slow cooked. Even if you can't get all the ingredients you can use the method.
You need to get down with chia seeds. They go really well with porridge or as overnight oats. Very filling and good for you. Just had a four egg chicken, jalapeño and parmesan omelette. Cba to take pics. It's was not a fluffy or carp version though.
I've been reading about it in and off all day. I'm making it tomorrow night, going to use shrimp other than chicken though.
Full roast lamb dinner tonight. Bit weird that, but it's my daughters birthday tomorrow and she wants Pizza takeaway for tea so we're having the Sunday dinner today. Just enjoying a cold can of Stella in the meantime.
I've still got about 50 cans of Stella in the shed! At some point I'll have to buy an alternative but it's mid winter and not really lager time. Although the Stella going down well enough tonight.
