It all happens at 3pm on a Saturday, Masky gets a stiffy and city lose...regular as clockwork! We entertain unfancied and lowly Millwall, although quite who will be entertained as such is anybody’s call! MM has requested my friendship on FB, saying that he’s heard a lot about me, and my good work! I turned him down saying that I needed the freedom to express myself when critique is required and he might not like what is said! Fair enough he said, it’s up to me to show you what I can do! I inadvertently called him Russell in error, and now we move on! Always a fugging draw this one, and who can say it’s gonna change eh? 1-1 with Ivanhoe netting a brace! Need to just check who’s reffing tomorrow......BFB pal, which obnoxious little twa** has the golden whistle tomorrow? To my knowledge, BFB has not replied, just like Hank Williams! This World Is Your World Album For Sale....cheap!
What's that thread title about Masky - does what get smaller? If we're talking todger speak on here again, I'll have to refer you to Minxy for a second opinion.
Masky, please accept my profound apologies for my late response to your request. Nah, not really, go f**k yourself. Lol!!! However tomorrow's ref is a Mr. Matthew Donohue. A relative newcomer to the Championship, this is only his second season. I can't find his age but apparently he started reffing at age 14. Good job it wasn't on Cardiff parks. He probably wouldn't have seen his 16th birthday. From his photo he only looks about 18 now. We have had the pleasure of his company twice before, both last season. A 3.0 win over QPR (no gripes there) and the 3.2 defeat at home to Blackburn in the tail end of last season. I can't remember any specific detail of that game (on CityTV due to Covid) other than I don't think I was a happy bunny at the end. Perhaps Ninian can enlighten us on my general feeling of dis-satisfaction? Nin normally has a good recall of these events. I hope my assess.ent so far meets with your approval Masky. I may have some alternative words at 5.00 tomorrow if it all goes nipples skywards. Going to watch Reading v Bournemouth tonight. Must check to see who the ref is so I can warn my brother in law.
Smaller club pal, in the grand scheme of things....you need to get out a bit more! Dirty boy! Chief mod available for walks out!
I only mentioned the todger word to attract some posts on the thread. Anyway, I've seen you mention Ivanhoe on here several times. Wasn't he played by Todger Moore?
Just checked Masky's Match Day post from last season's home game v Blackburn where Master (he looks too young to call Mr.) Donohue was ref. In fairness there was no criticism of him, our own ineptitude was responsible for the defeat, that and Blackburn's superior tactics. Still plenty of time to add him to the Stroud, Hooper, Woolmer, Mason, Friend, Brooks etc list.
Like that, I see what you did there! Got to ask you though, when you posted it...did you afford yourself a little chuckle pal?
I see what you did there Maskey. Editing other people's posts to stir up a bit of unrest - very naughty boy. Hopefully MM will have learned from the Barnsley game and have a better idea of who needs an arm around the shoulder and who needs a bomb up the fundament. Going to be a tough game against the draw specialists of the Championship. We definitely need to avoid having to play catch up against them. Lets go for the jugular from the off and give Bluebird fans a deserved lift with a convincing win.
Wouldn't fancy him in a footrace against Zorro, but I'll take him anytime in the air. please log in to view this image
I'm not worried about Zohore or Smith. The Lions have scored 11 goals less than us this season. Time to start taking it to the opposition and to believe that we're better. C'mon City.
As you know, I wasn't entirely overwhelmed by the appointment of MM but having promised to offer my unconditional (blind) support for a while, I'm doing just that. I like the man anyway and hope he does a good job for both him and the club. I've just got a feeling that that we're going to explode into action today. The sulkers in the team will realise that they have to earn the right to better things and the less gifted will find inspiration to improve. And you're right, the medication does help
Yo clingo.... I must say I tend to agree. After my gut bet on Reading last night, I've withdrawn 100 quid and left the £65 in there to have another go. I've got a gut feeling that Huddersfield will beat Stoke today to stop us going above them, so.......... £40 on City to win at home @ 13/10 £15 on Huddersfield to win at home @ 11/5 £10 on a City/Udders double @ 6.36/1 That's my 65 quid on - let's see what happens.
