The Guardian Sport section has a piece on Nobby, today. He's playing for Hartlepool and trying for his coaching badges - and, in his spare time, he coaches Newcastle United's Under-11 squad. He sounds as if he's happy: " I was with Hull last season but I wasn't playing, I got bored and gained weight. I'd decided I wanted to manage eventually and I also hoped to live in Newcastle so I spoke to Mick [Wadsworth]. He said: 'Join Hartlepool, I'll help you with your coaching badges and you enjoy yourself playing as much football as you want'. - And he's also playing his trumpet, too! Cheers Nobby - good luck! http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/oct/07/nolberto-solano-english-boys-lazy?INTCMP=SRCH
Good luck to him at hartlepool and with his coaching, did his best when he played for us and seems like a nice bloke off the pitch.
Nobby's a REAL footballer, he doesn't care about earning bick bucks, he just loves playing.. oh and he's had a great career too!
