Wolves fans booing Karl Henry.

Roger Johnson calling some Wolves fans a discrace, as a section of the wolves fans have been booing Karl Henry and calling him a disgusting player..

I for one applaud them for this, we as Newcastle fans have seen first hand that he is mainly just a thug who loves to lunge in, and could seriously injure someone (not to sure if he already has).

I think its harsh to call the fans a discrace for booing one of their own, they pay good money to go see the game so they should be able to react however they feel is right, maybe Karl Henry and the wolves team should look at why their own fans are booing one of their team members.

Its just not what we want to see in football,also pretty sure Henry was voted one of the most hated players on this board, I think those fans that are booing him are just brave and are not a discrace, dont forget he is tarnishing their image.

I think Roger Johnson should shut the **** up because Karl Henry is ****, might have played 200 games - but, while in the Prem he has been **** and goes out every game to break someones leg - deserves to die imo

This. Henry's just one of those players I cant stand (in the same vein as Cattermole and de Jong); a dirty player who tries to hurt someone because they're better than him.

 

I think so long as they are clear as to why they are booing. We all know why but if there's maybe a chant along the lines of 'Henry clean up your act' so it's not just seen as bullying (you know how sensitive these millionaires can be).

 

Don't think they were ironically cheering about Karl Henry... read the comments. Wolves fan says they were jeering MMc for finally making a sub

Karl Henry is a prat, him and barton deserve each other. What speaks for Barton is he's quite useful on the pitch from time to time. But lets face it, Barton's metatarsal will go again soon. Hear what happened with poor old Dyer? Out till the new year.

 

Dyer really needs to retire for his own sake, start taking up coaching badges or something. At first it was funny how unlucky he was with injuries, now it's just tragic. If it weren't for injuries he'd have been keeping Lampard out of the England XI I reckon, incredible talent before his injury woes.

 

While his assaults on Barton last year were bad, what he did to Bobby Zamora was far worse. Thugs like Henry want kicking out the game. Shame on Johnson for encouraging him and slagging off hardworking Wolves fans

 

Karl Henry is a total s**t. On a side note though it is interesting to see how the perception of the game has changed in the modern era. As someone said earlier, Henry is the type of player who knows others are better than him therefore is brutal in his approach in order to counter this. He is maligned for this approach, when people like Vinnie Jones et al were loved for their physical and intimidating approach to the game. Not condoning Henry and his style, just interesting to see how views on the game have changed.
