He's going to get off with it. There appears to be no actual evidence that he actually murdered her and on that alone the jury cannot find him guilty.
As someone who lived in that area for years and still has family there I find it scandalous that this perverted twat was cruising around the area committing burglary and spying on people and tossing himself off in the street yet the police didn't act until he was questioned about this case. He's admitted to about nine charges of indecent exposure and voyuerism that have been reported, how many more times has he done it and got away with it ? Seems he was a serial flasher in that small area and nothing was done until this poor girl disappeared. He should have been off the streets well before this happened.

Have you read the novel Mindhunter or watched the TV show on Netflix? It's partly fictionalised but a lot of the interviews they did with notorious killers is real. One of the common things most serial killers do is they often drive around for hours to scope areas out before following through and kidnapping someone.

This guy who 'cruises' looking for sex fits the perverted killer psychology to a T.

His defence is ****ing dogshit and contradictory as well. If she was too drunk she could barely stand and he had to put her seatbelt on for her, she couldn't have consented. By his own words, he raped her.

There does appear to be a lot of reasonable doubt of how Libby died, I’m not 100% on that.

There's a reasonable chance that he could walk on these charges..The evidence points to him doing multiple things but there doesn't appear to be anything concrete suggesting he killed the lass.

Personal opinion,he did it but can it be proved ? Doubtful!! What we now have to consider is the 'fact' that this dangeous,perverted,calculated and dare I say "smart" little twat could be cruising the streets of Hull in the not too distant future!!!

Tossing him self off and knicking underwear is one thing(inexcusable,yes),Rape and Murder is another!!

 

If he walks, he's still inside for a year or two on the other charges, as soon has the sentence is served deport him immediately. We're not in the EU any more so he'll have no case to stay, unless the do gooders get on their pulpit.
