Feel a bit (not too much) for Lampard being let down by them and other big names. Think they all deserve a bit more time in such an odd season.
I agree ... there are flashes of a very good side there for sure, but so many new faces need time to bed in ... and, unfortunately, time (and Roman) waits for no man ...
He’s bought a lot of baubles and kind of forgotten about the tree. Could have probably done without one of Werner/Havertz/Ziyech and brought in more of a spine.
Think Lampard just stepped up too early. I don’t blame him for taking the job, it just wasn’t the time to bring him in as he hadn’t proven himself as a good manager at Derby. Same as Ole really, but Ole had that caretaker spell at United to win the board over.
6 weeks ago Fat Frank came to Goodison, unbeaten in 17 games in all comps and sat in 3rd, 2 points off the top. Then he got Carlo’d and 6 weeks later he’s being sacked. Funny old game.
Same happened with the worlds best defender and CM. one hasn’t been seen since his show at GP and the other....no look for him.
Not the point, I find it hilarious you don't see how pathetic it is to claim you got fatty the sack you utter desperate peasants
Tuchel won’t do much will knock it about a bit and get the usual suspects salivating then the rude awakening that this is he PL not the french league sacked by Xmas
