While Mourinho will be scared of our front three, Klopp will be wary of their front 2 -Kane and Son. This will affect our attack as he’ll probably ask TAA and Robertson not to venture too far afield in case we got caught out by their fast counterattacks. But that will inevitably blunt our attack. Does he play our own game and let them worry about us? Or does he go cautious? Difficult decision but I would prefer keeping our own game. We could win 4-5. Better than a guaranteed 0-0 like our league match against MU.
Didn’t happen today against rashford and Greenwood. didn’t happen in any other game I’ve seen us play this season either
Tbf Kane and Son are currently the masters of the counterattacking game. Much better IMO than rashford and Greenwood. Do you really believe that with our regular CBs missing Klopp will not look out to blunt their effectiveness?
we beat them 2-1 at our place with Williams at CB who was arguably motm in that game. Don’t remember Robbo and TAA playing any diff.
I hope you are right. Because we need to win. A draw is not good for us. No win in 6 premiership matches or 1 win (only against a youth team) in the last 8 in all comps.
TBF all games should be treated as important. Maybe last year when you had a lead of 20 points plus you could afford a slight easing off but never before and not now for any team.

Strangely optimistic for this game because we saw something in the United game which we hadn't for almost a month - playing decent football, along the deck, getting the ball into the box properly and Salah taking more shots. Get Matip into the team and we will become more solid.
