Bit of a poor man's Joe Allen. The type of player who stands out in a poor side. So why hasn't he done well for us? Just shows how little real talent and depth we have in midfield. Come back Gavin Rae, Don Cowie (who did very well for us in a quiet, no nonsense way) and Stephen McPhail. We have, Trigger, Vaulks, Ralls and Bacuna in the engine room with Tomlin (when fit but for how long) and Wilson. No wonder Wilson's game is falling apart. We are thin at CB with Morro, Nelson and Flint shortly. Bennett as a stand in if needed so really need a good midfielder and CB. Can Mick sort out something?
I think the remainder of the season will be to do the best we can with what we've got. Then reassess in the summer. Nope. Its a one way ticket. Some good tallent to be scouted in scotland. A number of youngsters go north and develop. They are the ones who would develop anyway just needed game time or to be a big fish in a small pond. None use the SPL as a spring board as a mature player

I hope he can but don't know what it will take. He has been a limp lettuce for 2 years. Almost as if he thinks he is still a Prem player and isn't sure what he is doing in the Championship. Especially when he sees his brother and Bobby Reid playing regularly for Prem clubs.
I hinted above MM may be the one to get something more out of him - he’s a bit of an enigma with a quality footballer in there somewhere.

Hmmm, not sure on this one. Age 23 but only 53 league appearances and none above Div. 2. Has played for several Scotland age grade teams inc. Under 21. But Scotland? Doesn't say a lot. Also for a big guy, 6ft 3ins, he doesn't appear a major goal threat at set pieces. Only2 career goals. Unless the club's scouts have unearthed a talent not brought out elsewhere, I would pass on this one.
