Baily Wright gets headbutted in the face and then heads away the ensuing corner kick.

Exactly. As I said earlier an ugly 1-0 win works for me.

Looking at the games where we've succumbed and dropped points when expecting wins, we should be in the auto
Said it b4 but we need to get on a run of wins. But for whatever reason we just cant seem to get consistency. We are so close it wont take too much to get within striking range.

We need to get out of the habit of demeaning Lge1. We are a where we are...and deserve to be. It wont take too much to get out, ship a few out and replace if we can.

Glad we won that as that 2nd half performance was dire, still we move up 2 places with a big game to come. We need bodies in if we are gonna get into a promotion place because this team needs help. Hopefully get another away win at a tough ground but I won’t be watching as I’m at work.

Short term maybe you are right, but we were lucky today, they had more chances than us second half and a draw was on the cards, that's a worry tbh. But 3 points are very welcome and wins are vital to keep our season afloat, which is more than anything all that matters atm.

That's the annoying thing about it. This season is the worst quality since we came down by far and we appear to be blowing it due to our home form when the biggest problem, us fans, aren't even there! :emoticon-0105-wink:

The refs are ****, the **** housery (bordering on cheating) the whole governance and points per game crap last season shows how amateur it all is. Add to that, we cut investment to the academy and the bloody pitch itself just shows how damaging it is for us to be down here.

Just as well, we are where we are, and have to keep grinding away to improve our position and our chances.

as already stated, will gladly take those 3 points...were they deserved?... not a chance.

really really hate feeling this way after a win, first half and yet again a 'different' team began the game, dominant and fighting every ball...power bursting forward to get attacks going, leadbitter spraying passes around even scowen although guilty of giving a couple of balls away was straight back into the tackle to win them back and his best shot in weeks but unfortunately a lot of bodies in the way.

we scored...they slowly but surely took over the rest of the half, ahh well, we will let them have that and come at them again 2nd half thought i, yet we came out and dawdled about so badly i was wondering if the whole team had been subbed but for some reason the only difference was mcgeady and diamond swapping wings to be completely non effective after plenty of good work in the early first half.

subs, 10 minutes for macguire to get a touch, near the same for winchester...o'nien comes on and his first touch is 10 seconds later...welcome back luke.

i may save myself some money and just go back to radio commentary, i can accept a scraped win a lot easier then but watching all those mistakes really is not doing my health any good, simple passes overhit, long balls to no fecker in particular (worse when the opposition always seem to find a man in space around our box) wrong choices in the final third...a lack of basic football logic that seems to have blighted our teams for the past 10 years...let's get rid of the curse so we can improve and finally get out of this damn league.
