    SopCast is normally the software but there are others too, I would just rely on the websites for MyP2P. Just dont listen to radio or sky sports news whilst watching it, you will get awfully frustrated when you hear "There's been a goal at Ewood park" but on your stream, Leon Best is down for an injury.

    Download sopcast. It's brilliant. Although it won't work if you're working on an Apple computer/laptop.
