Don’t drag me into this. I was always and still am firmly grounded. There’s nothing positive in much of what’s happened over the last 3 weeks and this new coach at club level has been piss poor. So that’s not being hysterical that’s being reasonable!

True the last 10 years have been ****e. But I think this news (is it even that) is the big solution. To bring in a failed club coach. Who’s also failed at management. To help a failed coaching team under a failed manager at a failing football club!
He's a decent coach, we should hire more decent coaches. He's wasted with this manager. There's not one thing the club can do until they fire Bruce, it's simply the only way forward. Avoiding that by improving the staff around him is not a solution.

I was joking mate... Basically for whatever reason our fanbase hasn't realised just how small nufc is. Newcastle United is a small club.. Its a championship club playing in the premier league
Once again, someone whoever they are - knows something about football at NUFC, but just not enough. He looks at us and goes - we concede far too many shots on goal, we need to hire defenders. Which is a correct problem, but a wrong solution. The defenders in fact need support from the mid, which need drilling in strong off the ball tactics, tracking back and fighting for possession. He's identified "we barely score, obviously Bruce doesn't know how to coach an attacking system" so he's enforced an attacking assistant manager to come in. But that assistant is not a solution. Because Bruce, ultimately, is the man in charge. If they brought in Graeme Jones, sacked Bruce and brought in another manager, I'd be positive.
