There are timescales involved and given the PL released a letter stating arbitration was starting back in December, I think we are well into it. Both parties signed a confidentiality agreement hence why there are no further leaks. I think it is probably going on right now and potentially reaching the latter stages.
DoF could have an impact and theoretically it could be someone like Ginola or even Wenger saying "you need help, I'm willing to do it". A decent one could have a lift but surely puts paid to any notion a takeover is imminent, and in addition is a ****ing bizarre statement of support for Bruce.
Sounds promising then. And given that for us mere mortals it sounds complex but to them and given recent circumstances have changed it might be quicker/easier than initially thought. Could be weeks!
I think it’s a new manager with SB to step aside. Temp to the end of the season. Just to try and give a lift. I initially thought DOF but they are not involved in the ground level things which is where the problem currently is.
We can but hope. But it's "football insider", so we'll see if there's anything in it. I do feel like we're in for a seismic week or two where things will become a lot clearer. Ideal: takeover, Rafa, signings. Possible; new DoF, couple of loans, clearer path to takeover Likely; return of Kinnear/Wise, sell a few, no takeover.

Imagine we get relegated and PIF buy Leeds. If we go down, we will wind up like Sunderland. We need luck. This is NUFC, all we get is bad luck!
This is the interesting bit of that article. In football, arbitration hearings for the FA or the Premier League are normally chaired by at least one QC and are conducted in private. Participants in football, be they managers, players, agents or club officials, are obliged to resolve any legal disputes in these hearings. But the police investigation has raised serious concerns that, compared with criminal cases, there may be a lack of scrutiny when it comes to testing the integrity of evidence in such arbitrations.
So corrupt, in other words? Almost as if all the complaints from nufc fans were always valid. Media will tippy toe around this subject.
