The Nabster doesn't refuse to honour his contract either.

He was never really my cup of tea, but like 99.9% of other footballers he isn't a back-stabbing low-life.

As was evident when The Nabster crossed for Taylor to score at Forest the players rushed over to congratulate..................................................The Nabster<applause>

Lapslie has now scored 6 goals this season, the latest one is a beauty, bottom corner from 20 metres. Is that more than our entire midfield put together?
Morgan's got 1
Watson- 1
Maddison 1
Doughty I think 1.
Williams 1
Any more?

I don't see what Lapslie is missing in his game that
So that means our current midfield has outscored Lapslie. You can see why he has to go.

I really don't understand why he has been frozen out.

He is no less of a performer than several playing at the moment and I have seen nothing to suggest that he is in any way difficult to handle.

However, the decision to move him on has been made by LB and SG and presumably has the approval of GR and TS, so possibly there are things yet to be revealed.

LB hasn't played him in his best position, which is a Box-to-box midfielder. He's played him in defense, but he's not a full back. I think that the manager just doesn't rate him and we'll see whether he's right. He knows a thing or two about Box-to-box midfielders so must have seen something I don't.

Nick 'No-hope' Pope makes a string of great saves to help Burnley beat Liverpool 0-1 at Anfield :emoticon-0165-muscl

I think Gobbo was still our manager last time Liverpool lost at home in the Prem... :emoticon-0158-time:
