Im hoping some groundwork has already been done and it wont be drawn out. Didnt see mention of a caretaker.
That could be why VT and all have been quiet on Harris recently. I think Harris already knew. He was down the tunnel in a flash last night after going gung ho with 3 strikers and 2 wingers in the last few minutes.
Bring on Bellamy now a city fan with passion, and hope he has learned a lot since he left.just saying.
Ah well, the decision is made, let's see where it takes us. Not really surprised he's gone and despite how it may seem with my eternal optimism I'm not dissapointed either. My only concern now is who's next? Agree with whoever said above, no mention of a caretaker so that would seem to suggest someone is waiting in the wings. Gut feeling after seeing an article on him waiting for a chance given his CV is Mark Hughes. From VTs perspective he'd be getting someone who's managed at International Level AND one of the biggest clubs in the land in Citeh, plus he is Welsh to boot. The fact that he's never really convinced anyone of his managerial ability could easily be overlooked. Personally as per a previous thread I'd be happy with trying to prise Ainsworth away from Wycombe.
Might Giggs be able to keep his hands in his pockets and not clout anyone? He's got some mates who might lend him blokes too!!!!! Or he could buy the team. Not sure Wales will have him back. He could team up with the Scots bloke too......have a few rounds.
I remember a cup game at Chelsea about 10 years ago and the John Terry chant "And now you're going to believe us, He's shagging all your wives!!!" I preferred "He's shagging all our sheep" but no one would listen to me .
Masky's mate I believe. He offered money to fight him..... as opposed to what Masky offers money for......
Bit early to judge but a point away is an unexpected but decent outcome after a worse than poor first half. Plenty of work to do but surely he’s now realised how ineffective the midfield is. Still a few days left in this window. Presumably Wilson will make a difference. ps Flints last performance before tonight was the 6-1 drubbing at QPR in which he was spectacularly hopeless- judging by tonight he hasn’t improved. He’s a liability second to none
Well a point last night means we leapfrog Millwall back up to 15th and we've got a game in hand on Huddersfield above us in 14th. Mind you, if we beat Millwall on Saturday and everybody else loses, we could make 13th............ Looking on the bright side, Mowatt says he'd like to join us from Barnsley because he fancies playing on grass.........
Just been looking at our scoring record per game in the Championship so far this season - here's how it stacks up.......... no score - 7 times 1 goal - 10 times 2 goals - 5 times 3 goals - 3 times 4 goals - 1 times Now we've just had a 2 and a 1 under Mick - based on the history, what's the next one in the series?.......
