Ditto it was nail biting.... we suddenly looked so vulnerable..... Very impressed with Bachmann ......
I think we should do a man of the match poll after every game... I would give it to Sarr..... who is not far off being the best in the Division now
Bachmann made one blinding save last night to prevent an o.g. Apart from that what else did he have to do? Saturday he could have taken a deckchair into the goal, so far too soon in my opinion to say that he is now ahead of Foster.
Like the rest of the team as Mnuoz says he will be tested away from home more and we need to improve our record on the road .
I think DB has looked every inch a first choice keeper thus far: Authoritative, commanding even; the defenders happy to play the ball to him; not yet flapped at anything; alert and focussed; better distribution; decent saves when called upon and by no means due any criticism for the one goal conceded. Whilst I agree he's not long in the job he is the future no.1, which is why we've kept him, and if I were him I would be very disappointed to be automatically replaced on current form upon Ben's return to fitness.
I think I agree with him... Luke on Twitter: "Picked out these clips of tonight I enjoyed. - Hughes’ tackle - Zinckernagel being our Danish De Paul https://t.co/eJvOaWcE24" / Twitter
