On the Leicester board not606 they're saying Bruma has signed a season long loan deal so Jack Hobbs could be heading our way
I would rather wait until the end of the season when we know where we stand with Gerrard. Would Hobbs get into our team now? I wouldn't wan't to drop anyone.
Hobbs looks like a great young player. The reason Leicester want to loan him is to get him game time, I don't think we can give him that. Unless we dropped Dawson (who has been playing great the last few games) and moved Chester to the left. We have been awesome in defence recently and I don't want to see it change personally.
Leicester don't want him to go somewhere he might not play, they also don't want him to go to a potential play-off rival, I think it's a non-starter.
He could not get in the team before they signed Bruma at least here he has a much better chance here i think the chance for him to work with NP again who himself was a strong center back and was playing his best football under is a big draw.
Think Hobbs is likely to be eyed up for a permanent in the summer myself, that would release Chester to left back, Dawson has played well recently, but he has had more dodgy moments this season then any other I can remember, perhaps NP has noticed this. I also tend to think Gerrard will be made into a permanent come the end of the season, with Oli as a make weight in the deal.
I hope we sign Gerrard he's a steadying influence at the back. Chester looks good with him so it's a partnership that works. I wonder if we would have a chance of signing Ayala at the end of the season, would take him over Hobbs.
