Another soufflé omelette for breakfast this morning

 

looks like you cooked it in the toaster....

 

It's not easy getting all those bits of egg out of the bottom of the toaster

Might use a pan next time

Cheese n Ham in the middle. It's only a 3 egg omelette, but it looks like loads more on the plate on account of the fluff

The pan was a bit too high I admit.

It's on the cusp of being acceptable, but yeah any more than that and it would taste bitter.

Perfect with a cuppa or coffee, sweet & crumbly spiced with cloves & lemon.

 

Well it definitely looks better than the pale boiled carp creation that someone else served up.
