Mexicans love Jalepenos with everything.

Not sure about the crab and avocado in an omelette though

I think I'd leave the avocado out of the omelette itself next time, better on the side. Otherwise, crab and avocado go well together so it did actually work.

Huevas Rancheros is fried eggs with refried beans and salsa and that isn't it? Will be doing that soon, it's in the book.

 

Yeah Huevos Rancheros is fried or baked eggs, usually on a corn tortilla with refried or black beans. Sometimes served up with crab potato cakes.

I think you're right to leave the avocado out of the omelette

Crab and avocado as a cold side is good. I'd whack a big wedge of lime and a splash of tabasco on that too.

 

Could do with more baked beans.

 

Needs a baked bean moat and a fish finger drawbridge

 

I should have realised I would be in for a fairly interesting culinary ride when, on our first date, she took me to eat Sop Kaki Kambing (Goats Leg Soup) at a street stall and the guy was stirring the pot with the bones from the goats leg.

I love chicken hearts, lightly fried in some garlic butter. Or duck hearts will do.

 

Chiefs crab omelette sounds good to me, not the other stuff though, just a crab omelete
