You need to get there either early on or before everywhere else closes up. Since they only travel by boat and only ever trade really with middle east and new zealand, you need to get them first or early on. Try doing it with just Fever on and like rodents and insects or something. Makes it hard to detect then BAM. Get 'em good.
Yeah, i had no symptoms on mine and then just maxed out the resistences. Heat, drugs, moisuture first. Everyone in the world was infect, but no deaths until i start upgrading stuff. Greenland still had ports and **** open... screw greenland!
yeh the trick is to get everyone infected before you started bringing out the fatality ****. greenland are normally the first to go on mine.
