I like being risky with my ketchup and chips. I like to squeeze direct onto the chip, this takes skills with a squeezy bottle.

Looks great, really decent bit of fish and the chips look crispy. Personally, I wouldn't drench them with mushy peas but that's just my preference. I'd have a (polystyrene) cup full of chippy curry or peas to dip into.
If you follow the true line of origin, Gloucester isn't even north of London but I won't confuse the dull ****er.
