Really struggling with lockdown this time round. Feel ****ing miserable and drinking far too much, can see me having big issues to overcome by March.

See it as opportunity mate, it’s only perception. Bin the booze and make a choice to do something you’ve put off for time.

Bit worried about my old man in that way too, he's on his own and was chatting to him earlier and he was saying he's been a bit depressed so is drinking more and that. Plus his work has dried up a bit so he's at home more.

Gonna be really ****ing tough time for some tbh.

May seem silly but even a walk to the shop and chat with anyone on the way can do you good in these times.

Thought you were still working mate?

I think it must be tougher living on your own like, this time round only a week in and I’m finding it harder as well though tbh. The first lockdown was more bearable as the weather was alright, so at least I could get out in the garden. Trying to keep myself busy working from home, but I can see this being a real ball breaker if it lasts into March, which for me at least I’m pretty sure it will.

Think part of the problem is that I've got little to focus on. I've got nothing I'm really passionate about apart from my career and think I'm investing too much thought into that outside of working hours.

Like I'm off this week but have logged in a couple of times a day just to keep upto date with what's going on. Think it's harder where there's **** all else to do at the minute.

Probably should have got myself a Mrs during Summer when it was easier tbh.
