It could well be hearsay but the rumours going around tighter restrictions (if we do indeed bring them in) is an 8pm curfew and road blocks around towns/cities with covid hotspots. Thoughts?
i still see a lot blaming Boris but German MPs are praising him in Germany they have only placed orders for the vaccine at the end of last week, In France 1 person is admitted to the ICU every 7 mins two people very close to me have died from covid in the last few days
I'm not going to like that post for obvious reasons, mate. I'm really sorry to hear about your bad news, it's a horrible nasty virus once it takes hold. Politics is always going to bring out strong emotions and the worst in folk. People will never find common ground and see it from each others side. I wish Boris had have locked down sooner, I wish he had have locked our borders or at least made people quarantine on arrival. It's all hindsight, though, whilst dealing with something that is completely unprecedented. I can't see any other countries that have had the misfortune of needing to try and deal with a public like ours and I genuinely believe that regardless of who was in government this virus would have gotten out of control. Too many people don't believe in it and don't follow the rules, house parties, pub lock-ins etc. It was always going to spread and will continue to spread because people are still at it, even now when we are locked down it's rife.
Hi mate i didn't say he was faultless, all politicians have a lot to answer for, i read what i posted in the papers, foreigners praising him for his handling of the situation yet people in England blaming him, people will see it as they want to, For me no matter what he does he cant win,hopefully the injections being carried out will put this virus away once and for all and again today i see we are doing extremely well on inoculations, here's hoping we are back to normal before April please log in to view this image
Not everybody in England is blaming him, mate. Just the opposition supporters I haven't seen any of them give him credit for the good that he's done during this. First country in the world to start a vaccination program and yet barely a squeak, that should be shouted from the rooftops, it's an amazing accomplishment and one that in theory should drag us out of lockdowns. If we had have been in the EU, that wouldn't have happened. We would have been scratching about like the rest of the EU countries hoping for deliveries here and there to get us by.

Give what a rest, I haven't seen any German MPs praising Johnson. Someone is saying they are and I've simply asked for an example, no big deal. What's the problem with that, it's a reasonable question. That's what's known as a debate.
