@JHunterChron Johnson: Hume has had a recurrence of his hamstring injury during his rehab. A grade three tear - somewhere between six and eight weeks. #safc @JHunterChron Johnson: O'Nien recovering well from his dislocated shoulder. Should be ready for selection in 10 days to two weeks. #safc
Tough luck. its as well we have a big squad, but that includes the three Stinkers sorry Strikers who should get no where near the first team imo.

Very unfortunate. Denver Hume is quite possibly the only player on our roster to show any real improvement over the last three seasons.
Bad news about Hume. Be tempted just to get a loan signing to cover for him though, Mcfadzean will probably do a decent job and Hume will be straight back in when fit so doesn't seem worth paying (and giving a 2 year contract) to anyone. Shame about McLaughlin as well, I think he's shown a fair bit of improvement recently (and I absolutely didn't rate him at all). We should be fine there though since Power has done a decent job there and seems to want to stick to that position, and O'Nein shouldn't be far away. Just need to sort the attacking problems! Trouble is getting anyone to take Graham or Grigg!
Unable to move any of our players on in the tranfer window, it wouldn't suprise me if POMO intentially ran a player with a sports hernia into the ground, just to clear up a roster spot. POMO refers to this as succession planning.
