What has gone wrong, we have now been beaten by the worst 3 teams defensively in the league, without scoring.
Thought with the new signing Johnson linking up with Samuel would see a lot more chances BUT where was Akinde!!!!!!!!!! on the bench again. Oliver seemed to play just out of the penalty box for some reason.
me thinks time for a new Gaffer, no one seems to be listening just doing their own thing which normally means backroom staff problems. Hope I'm wrong but must be more than me wondering what is wrong

I think you've probably hit on a question, that I've not seen discussed on this topic elsewhere, and that is where was Akinde!

Well we know where he was, but why?

Out of Oliver and Akinde, I would have chosen the latter to start, I'd be interested to know other people's thoughts on that. I don't think the gaffer even knows his own preferred striker by the amount of swapping and changing he does.

The striker is generally the one person, that keeps his place, if he don't, or they don't, you have to ask yourself why.

I can understand if the competition is between Cody and Dack, albeit slightly different respective positions, but I'm sure you get what I mean. The only player that comes close to those two is Graham. Maybe there's a clue in what I just said....think about it!

It was a pleasure to watch Crawley yesterday in the FA Cup. Maybe we could use the dvd in lessons on how to keep the ball on the ground. As Clough once said, if god had wanted us to play football in the clouds, he'd have put grass up there.

The simple answer is Akinde is just not good enough.

goals scored 3 assists 1 if a striker isn't scoring he should at least be setting up his mates, 401 minutes per goal.

Oliver goals scored 6 assists 4 289 minutes per goal..
