Allowing people into football grounds was a mistake because it makes people think wtf. Paying people to eat out was a mistake. Encouraging people to 'have a merry little Christmas' was idiotic ... ... not just because of the mixing but because it makes people think the virus isn't so bad. The message, from the start should've been, "This is really really bad and lots of us will die, if you don't want to be one of them .... HIDE!!!".
Just watched Chris Witty and Kier Starmer saying what should be clamped down on not a mention of people worshiping I imagine they just think themselves and all the people they infect just go to heaven
There’s a lady in our village whose husband was the Bishop of the Isle of Man until they retired here never missed a day of church in her life unless she was ill, she hasn’t been once since the first lock down I am sure if she can do it the other nuggets who don’t seem to care less can do it.
I get what you're saying but at the same time, threads do end up getting de railed when this kind of dispute breaks out. I've been pulled for doing it on the takeover thread and held me hands up and packed it in, time some other folk started to do the same.
Depends what you get really. I would class fish and chips and a decent curry as good food, but wouldn't give a McDonalds to my dog.
