He’s not solely at fault. He’s just an easy target for our fans. I thought he did well linking up and bringing others into play. It’s not just his responsibility to score.
And for the first time in his life he decides not to be a greedy bastard then heads it neatly into a space with no City player within 20 yards of it.
Half time, we should be in front, but were not. Dominated early, missed chances and let them back in the game. Still time to win this, but then again we switch off and lose. Who knows. All to play for.
That Jack Diamond for them looks a decent player, just needs to sort out whatever the **** died on his head.
He links better than Magennis, but he doesn't score as often. I still think he would work better as a number 10 playing off a Fryatt type player, but then who would you drop from our midfield to accomodate that?
Yes,if you count the lad as an out and out striker.Alternatively we need to spend because we are making chances and wasting golden opportunities to put games to bed.
Am confident we'll get more chances to score .. my concern is how solid we are (or arent) at the back
It isn't just his responsibility your 100% right, but it is his responsibility to score the chances he gets and unfortunately for us and him he isn't taking them. He is a better player then he shows for us and sometimes a player just doesn't click at a club and I think that's the case with eaves and us.
At the risk of him scoring an amazing second half hattrick - I think he is a one trick pony and Brandon has worked out his trick.
We're actually discussing something not ripping each other to bits....Maybe you'd prefer it if we were?
Watching that Berge injury back, Wilks was a bit ****ing naughty there. He's been riled up all game, man needs to calm the **** down.
Summarisers poor. Goalies practice catching crosses like that hour after after (or should do). He dropped it. Nothing to do with Wilkes.
Christ, if you consider our conversations 'ripping each other to bits' you've lived a charmed life... Anyways, back to the game.
He lost possession and committed a foul for their free kick. He then watched McGeady, three foot shorter, outhead him..... Then his two chances he gets off target.... What did you see in his time on the pitch that stood out?
