If that comment had been made by anyone at Leeds Utd there would have been charges brought for bringing the game into disrepute. Just because some nobber called Yems has made it Doesnt mean the twat should get off with it. E has put Leeds in an awkward spot now and bet the media say nothing about it except “oh what a great idea”

If the club feel that they should give up their match fee ( which they shouldn’t) then I would suggest they donate to some worthwhile charity now that would really piss Yems off and would show him up for the grasping sod he is

We could donate to a charity in Crawley:grin: The only thing that winds me up is the fact that he asked the club to do it. It's sounds a bit desperate IMO.<ok>

Hmmm I am from bury,lancs....I hope you all remember we had a football club and in my early days went to gigg lane with a couple of pals till age 15 when I got with some other jack the lads a couple who supported Leeds one said why don't you come so my first sorty to the temple was 67/68 season and the trap was set!! My last live patronage was 2009/10 when health/finance where rearing a shadow so that was that, I have only been back to the ground twice since both to see my little stone on bremner sq kindly aquired for me as a present by my grandson:emoticon-0140-rofl: so over 40 years of home/away/abroad to watch the boys has ended....now it's just the box....but to end my ramblings my point was nobody really put their hands in wallets to stop the "shaker's" from folding now did they....:emoticon-0138-think

There was an ex Bury player who was an ex teacher of mine. I think his surname was Spencer, first name I can't remember, but it wasn't Frank. Back in the 70s. I wonder would you remember him. I think he had longish blonde hair and a beard. If his first name comes to mind I'll re edit.<ok>

If the club are looking for a charity to donate to I would suggest the DDPMF ;)

I've forgotten the last time we had a decent run in the FA Cup. We've had that many upsets over the years that I can't remember some of them. Personally I'd love a nice run in the competition. Hopefully our fitness and speed will be enough to beat this side. <ok>

Its tha fact that Yems has asked our club to give them the money that boils my piss, like someone else said it puts us in a awkward position if we do we were only shamed into doing it, if we don't we're tight bastards, either way the media will give us no credit.
I'm all for helping the less fortunate, but he can **** off for me on this occasion.
