Yeah, usb fans I bought to cool my av receiver down with but never use.

Just need some sticks to hang the meat from.

Got shed loads of coriander seeds. Just found a way of using them up

 

Project for me and my son. I do like a project.

 

Salmon curry.

Shop bought mini naan on the side.

 

Salmon saag actually, obvs.

 

fish belongs in batter with chips, not a curry IMO. Looks good like.

 

Will have to post up my Monkfish curry sometime.

Superb in a curry that.

 

Making chilli tonight, got beef mince and some proper diced beef for it.

Can you be arsed telling me your ingredients again?

 

love monk fish, but prefer roast maybe stuffed. Just not a fish curry fan.

Had tom yum Koka with makerel fillets just last last night.

 

was gonna tag you on that post actually coz I knew you’d get it

Tom Yam got a kick

These were curry flavour but I didnt use the sachets...didnt want to confuse the flavas fam

live put the sachets in my special spare sachet jar

The chicken ones are a good base flavour I find, had them with Tuna/mackerel loads and its Snoyce.

I used to rock the brown spicy pack but feel like they've changed the flavour from what I remember from years back.

Prawn too, hardly taste em and once you add summin to it that flavour takes over the prawn.

 

i like tom yum, it's a spicy soup, usually with prawns, squid or chicken.


plus tom yung goong is a great film. loads of action and martial arts.

 

Prawn is subtle

veg is a bit veg

but next to each other on the shelves the different packets look very colourful and quite epic
