If Orkney or the Shetland Isles were ever to become independent from Scotland, which is their people's right to do if the so wish, under maritime law they would be classed as enclaves and as such be entitled to 6 nautical miles around their coast as their maritime waters.

The dystopian hell-hole is well and truly upon us, vast swathes of the population scared of germs, millions of folk have been brainwashed to think that they don't know they are sick and are passing on a virus to granny and potentially killing her, miserably adhering to CV19 dogma whilst the politicians and advisors rape the exchequer and all while on full pay as they sedate the people with furlough and throw the young and uneducated onto the dole.

We are continually told "just a few weeks/months" and nothing changes.

Hancock's crocodile tears and national telly as he says the vaccine offers us a way out, we now have over 1.5m vaccinated, yet the rules are getting worse?

Now we have a new mutant strain which is 50% more infectious (no evidence of this BTW) and now there is a South African variant that may be resistant to the vaccine... can you see where this is going?

I think you're reading far too much into the actions of some incompetents in the Police Force. Even if they had a right of entry, that Officer handled that situation piss poorly.

To be fair to the plod around here (who are generally ****e, even by their own criteria), they've pretty much put Covid down the list of priorities, and used the spare time during the first lock-down to focus on locking up known criminals. The odd arrests under the legislation have generally been to gobshites, or people taking the piss, like 40 odd non-UK nationals at a party in a one roomed flat.

Do you really think the Government and Civil Service could engineer what you're proposing, never mind it all be some global thing?

The new covid regulations give police authority to enter your home and physically detain you on suspicion of having guests or the Corona.

Some people look through their blinds when they have guests to see if their neighbours are watching.
Some of those neighbours actually grass on each other like Nazi Germany Communist China and the Soviet Union.

I'm sure he has a point, but I don't meet too many people that are demoralised or frightened. There are bound to be plenty of different people and organisations trying to advance their own agendas through this, but to try to lump it together in some big sinister plot, gives too much credit to those supposedly orchestrating it.

There's too many folk involved for it to be down to sheer incompetence. They know why they are doing it. Central banks are printing money like nobodies business, there is an almighty bubble about to burst and send the world into a financial depression.

It's naive to think that the CV19 response is happening for no reason other than incompetence.

• When you know that the average age of death is 83 and over 90% of those dying have severe comorbidities - destroying the economy and society and not just shielding those at risk doesn't make sense.
• We know that if you are overweight you are more likely to die with CV19 - closing gyms and other places where folk keep fit whilst allowing takeaways and fast food joints to serve up a whole manner of crap doesn't make sense.
• We built 7 Nightingales so the NHS didn't get overwhelmed during the initial pandemic - these have all largely been unused and many decommissioned - now we are being told that the NHS is overwhelmed and there isn't enough ICU capacity despite them having 10 months to get it ready? Doesn't make sense.
• We've been told forever that there is no magic money tree yet we can borrow £400bn to sedate people as the Government destroy your civil liberties and individual freedoms.
  
• Pandemic started in China yet they dealt with it in 6 weeks and we are 10 months in and getting worse despite all the restrictions, Wales been in LD for 2 months, cases still going up and Sweden with virtually no restriction has no excess mortality for 2020??

You can pretend that nothing is going on but I disagree entirely.

 

I haven't 'pretended' nothing is going in, and I haven't said it's for 'no reason other than incompetence'.

Over several decades, I've seen first hand how things can be manipulated, and some of those things still keep rearing their head and are getting bigger. I've also seen enough to know that the global financial structures were heading for a massive crash at some point in the not too distant future. I've said both many times, and accepted the derision I got from some quarters for saying it.

What I've seen in this current situation, is some areas taking advantage of a situation, and a fair amount of incompetence, but that's not the same as the big conspiracy some would have us believe.

One of the areas that gets off very lightly for their involvement in all of this, are the mainstream media, who have long since stopped being news outlets. Trying to take them head on was one of Trumps biggest mistakes.

If you think this is bad, wait until it dies down to be replaced by the carbon zero measures.

 

No evidence that the new variant is more infectious? ... well non apart from new record infection levels every day and record numbers of Covid cases in hospitals to the point that full capacity levels are close to being reached ...

... but but but ... there is a group of power hungry meglamaniacs making up a fake pandemic in order to control us and take away our civil liberties
