Beef and ale stew. The missus made this.


Not sure where the idea for the kale and sweetcorn combo came from but it was fukin inspired.

 

Looks bangin that mate, really nice.

I do a crispy Kale when I have it. Little bit of salt, onto an oven tray and whack it in at 220deg for about 8-10 mins, turning once.

Comes out like that crispy seaweed that you get from the Chinese (which is fried cabbage) but it's really healthy

 

That's a great idea. Might even make the stuff edible. She has a load left over, might give it a go later.

 

Yeah try it mate. I used to eat Kale under duress, but crisped up in the oven with a bit of salt and it's really nice
