As yet I’ve seen nothing official saying they are still at the table but then you have to wonder why the arbitration. I’ve questioned whether the arb is just a way for MA to recoup financial loss but those on here with more legal mindsets have confirmed it’s not for compo. So we are left with accepting the legal objections have been removed. And that they are at the table on the basis of the arbitration. But there is no official proof.
