Ah, the truth. TBF, Bath in the middle of summer is not a cheap place to stay when you're working away. The student accommodation is fairly state of the art, if you can call it that, and very comfortable and convenient. There's a bus station to get to the city and three bar/restaurants serving decent food and beer. Completely understand why he stayed there when it's £120+a night for similar in town.

Had a few 'lively debates' with HIAG over the years... particularly during our title win and the Spuds, ultimately failed, chase ... but all in all he was a character and one that didn't subscribe to being part of the reach around brigade ... and I respect that ... certainly don't share some of his beliefs and conspiracy theories but, at the same time, would be more than happy to sit down with him over a few beers because he certainly was / is a character ... and without the characters the forum is somewhat blighted with banal sycophantic constipation, albeit virtual ... planning to drop him an e-mail once this **** storm (that he's in denial about) dissipates and seek to arrange a meet up and those beers ... others also to be invited ... and will, of course, post pics ... should it ever come to pass
