German MEP angry about the EU purchasing of COVID vaccines....saying that the decision to mainly go for the Sanofi vaccine (which has hit problems and may not be readily available until October 2021) in order to placate the French means that the vaccination programme is off to a slow start. Finishes by saying that the UK is already reaping benefits of independence.

 

That cant be correct - i keep getting told we are ****e at everything

 

Who was it on here that had tested positive? Is he okay?

Thanks Fats, and yes I am still suffering with it. I think it was Tomato Ketchup who tested positive and I hope he is doing better than I have. It's a bad thing if you can't shake it off and I am now on the 'Long Covid' journey with absolutely buggered lungs. No telling if it will get better or if it is something I will just have to live with, but there are thousands of folk a lot worse off than me.

I really wish everyone who has this a speedy recovery and if you do get it, don't try fighting it cos it doesn't work. If ever there is a reason to get fit and stay fit, Covid is it. It's no guarantee but it does help mitigate the long term risks, I think.

 

We're all in the ****e it's just a matter of depth.
