This may be a stupid point, but on i'm only repeating an idea raised on Breakfast TV. Why cannot a TV station be opened for teaching for this with no access to laptops, or I pads.. ?.... logistics.... ?... licensing...?

That would be discriminatory as some kids will have 55" OLED sets and others only 40" LCD ones. Supply them all with an LG TV along with an ipad.

That would probably sound about right , potentially with a review at the end of January , we have to take this hit and get the vaccine out there as much as possible , lockdown will give us a better chance IMO ... but I really hope this chance is not blown as I think its the last chance we will get to have anything like compliance with it
