They are anyway, but it's up to the mods to flush them out.
The OP understands how this works.
Hence his cry for no mods.

This is why I have no confidence is so-called moderators. They ban posters who should not be banned and permit absolute toss-pots to plague this board in the name of free speech.

Unfortunately, our mods permit a degree of freedom that is denied others on other boards.

Previously, I was of the view that freedom of speech should prevail, but subsequently I have been persuaded by the likes of PISSKIE, Gunnerrag, and other assorted other Gooner wums that exclusion is the best was to ensure that we keep the dross off our boards. When I say "dross" obviously I include within that term those whose points of view we'd rather not listen to because it is too painful to bear. But, most certainly, it should include anyone outside who's sole purpose on this board is to take the piss.

It's not against you personally but this is your 3rd thread about this and I, as well others are starting to find this tiresome. Why would I take your side? You haven't showed where you were picked on or treated unfairly in anyway by the mods.

As I've said before, I consider you a valued poster on our board and I hope that will continue to contribute in a positive way.
