Gary Neville is starting to grate on me. I think his criticism of Sterling was unjust, the guy kept the ball in play, hence City still scored. Most players would have gone for it and wasted the chance.
A quality player finishes it himself with that much space and time.

Yeah, I think the frustration comes from moments with that player that really matter. If you're in a tight game and get a 90th minute chance he's the last person you want it to fall to.

His run with the ball is good by me, leaves most the others behind, albeit the Chelsea player was gaining ground on him, hence why the first chance went begging.

Rent Boys taking it up the arse, but not in the way they like so much. As some on here have said all along, City will be first or second. But well done Uniturd for taking an early, brief lead in the quest for third place. <applause>

I assume he must have been overweight sometime during his playing career?

Tbh I think west ham fans disliked when he first broke into their team...accused him of getting favouritism from his dad and uncle whowere coaching and managing them...then they hated him after he went to Chelsea and it kinda stuck.

If I am being honest I am glad he got the chelsea job now cos he ain't gotthe experience...honestly think he'll be a top manager ... just don't want it to be with them

I don't watch all your games by any means ... but I do watch ours ... we'd won all our away games bar Liverpool prior to the draw at Palace... scoring lots of goals ... so not that surprising that a club in your position thinks defence first... even at home.

A bit of a "cart" and "horse" situation really. We play defensive, bland, defeatist football every game irrespective of the opposition. When we get points against Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton people say "a club in your position does well doing that" but when we fail to create anything against Fulham, Brighton, etc is what makes us a "club in our position".

It's pretty self fulfilling.
