I'm going to have a vegan sausage roll. And try not think about what's in it.

Can't be worse than snouts and bollocks, can it?

Gyms still open here, went this morning. Taking the dog out for a couple of hours after I’ve had my egg white and veg omelette (not inspired by @PINKIE)

Football still cancelled as far as I’m aware so need to fill the void of that, probably just more gym time until they get closed.

Can’t be fkd with the gym, I just find it boring. Lucky enough to have access to some great countryside and beaches here, but I would imagine the gym is a good option if you’re stuck in the city.

Just got back, a nice 6 miler across common, through woods, along dues etc. Same one as NYE as it goes, although way colder today.

All this talk of knocking booze on the head, great idea in principle but don't see the need to deprive myself of a wind down wine or two over the weekend. Will not be drinking in the week during January though. It's not like there's anything to even do anyway? Can't go out or anything.

Main thing from now is cut the **** food out.

Too easy over Christmas fortnight to eat too much mince pie, Christmas cake, chocolates and bacon butties every day.

I don't touch a drop in the week. Just a few beers on a Sat eve. Might just knock it on the head for a few weeks and see how I feel. Not really into the whole all or nothing thinking either, and I like a treat at the end of the week.

If I'm missing it, I'll probs have some, but would be good to see if I can live without it.

    Please drink responsibly.

I could never see the point in doing that myself. But a nice glass of dry white wine is probably more than enough for most of you ladies, so do please follow government guidelines.

    Looking at buying a Peleton.

No chance of the gyms opening here thanks to Andy Burnham and his big mouth.

We've got this senile old **** called Mark Drakeford who no ones heard a peep from since before Christmas.

Must be really enjoying his Christmas break, the rest of us go back to ****ing work tomorrow and there's been no update whatsoever.

We've pretty much had to guess not to send the kids to school.

No chance of gyms or anything, probably ever, as far as that useless sack of ****e is concerned.

If you get a bike I can bore you ****less about rear deraileurs and chain lengths etc.

I know the Peleton is a piece of fitness equipment, but the idea of riding a bike that doesn't go anywhere doesn't seem very appealing tbh.

    That's a lot of Peloton's lol

Just had a look at those and they are ****ing popular like. Seems they can't ship em out fast enough. Do you have to pay extra for a subscription too ?

Think it’s something like £5 a month for the app.

I’ll probably do my back in after 3 days and sling it in the garage anyway.

I could do both. My house is a lovely space, probably wouldn’t exercise in my own house if it was full of overflowing ashtrays and tinfoil curtains.
