As I said right at the start, he (SB) would play EXACTLY the same as against Liverpool and it wouldn’t work because they are two very different sides. Bruce is ****ing clueless. Our CM is the worst area so we at least need bodies to cover the gaps exploited by Maddison and Tielemans but we didn’t. We have wide players doing absolutely ****ing nothing all game. Ritchie isn’t a ****ing wing back and certainly not a PL level footballer. He hasn’t done anything for two years. Joelinton isn’t left mid. Just get Yedlin and Lewis as wing backs running up and down, get three in the middle instead and put two up front. Shores up the middle, puts players in positions. Games aren’t ****ing won or lost because of wingers, goals are scored in the middle and with 3 big cbs we have enough height if a few crosses do come in.
We have got to get a bloody centre mid to get into the box regularly. Time and again we've put in decent crosses and not enough bodies in there

That is all that needs to be said, we can worry about the rest another time, for now, moving up the pitch is the basic change we must make. For that we need a new manager.
