Can't really see what's Mexican about it bro.

You got some Banditos hiding out in that sauce or something ?

I made a sauce, and spiced it with Mexican stuff. Stop asking questions bro.

That's a lot of average to work your way through.

    Is brocoli and Stilton soup.

No cream anywhere near, although Stilton not exactly slimming.

I love a good strong blue cheese. Had a bad experience with Stilton years ago and gave myself food poisoning, so I wouldn't go near the stuff for years. But I'm a reformed character now.

When I can get hold of it, I try and get Cabrales as it's a bit harder/crumblier than stilton and has got an even better flavour imo.

Best Christmas cheese was the Blacksticks Blue, that's lovely stuff.

Had some Stilton, most went in the soup. Have still got some Roquefort which we've not opened yet.

Also got an unopened Camemebert, which will likely be baked next week for some lunch or other.

I think we bought too much, as usual!

Lol, you can never have too much cheese.

We had baked Cambembert for starter on Christmas day and then I baked another one for supper last night which we had with that Soda bread I made.

Gonna need to get that Fitness thread up again bro, reckon I've probably put a few kilos on over Christmas !

The fact I'm currently sat here eating a bacon and black pudding butty says you're probably right.

I've got some smoked salmon and half a dark chocolate toblerone to get through, then I reckon I'll have seen off the bulk of the xmas tucker.

Still got a whack of that vintage Gouda left, but there's no rush to finish that off.

Making a roast chicken dinner. Bought one of those higher welfare corn fed chickens. Roasties being done with the left over goose fat from Christmas. Using my butchers sausage for the stuffing mix.
