It's good stuff. I've got a mate who I trade with on the markets who grows his own chillies. Loads of different varieties from little cherry chillies that are as mild as a caspicum pepper, right up to Carolina reaper etc. I can hook you up. He posts out.

Fry pasta with a dollop of goop in the middle. If someone asked me to do a picture that summed up going back to work on Monday, it would look more exciting than that.
Used to make a lovely cream of Broccoli soup when I worked in the restaurants. Cheap to make as you can use up all of the Broccoli stalks. That said, I used to make it with double cream so it's not the sort of thing you want to be eating every day.
