Match Day Thread To Hull and back - now without Watson

Matthews at left back again, that worked well last week.

 

Magennis isn't playing for us (Covid) and 2 defenders out too. So it's Tom Eaves turn. Contract dispute with our best young player, Keane Lewis Potter, goes on , so he's on the bench again. Apparently if he starts one more game it triggers a pay increase so they aren't starting him until he agrees on a new contract. Typical pig headedness from our owners and much annoyance in the Hull ranks.

 

I hope they play Matthews and Maatsen as wing backs.

Looks like he's looking to hold out for 60 minutes then bring on the cavalry if there is a win to be had.

Hopefully it's the last week of feeling any need to be so cautious.
